Filing for a U.S. LLC online fron Thailand
 

I have been exploring my options to continue selling on Ebay, and after rereading the ebook, I think that my best option may be to file for an LLC, that way I would be able to avoid problems with Ebay, and Paypal.

I am an American, but I can no longer use my SSN with Ebay and Paypal.

Is there any reason why I cannot do the U.S. LLC filing online from Thailand. I would use a virtual office for the U.S. address, and a virtual bank account for the initial bank account until I get back to the U.S.

I have some really good suppliers here in Thailand, and all of the items that I sell are legitimate, so no Vero problems. If I do the LLC, I will have everything that Ebay and Paypal may ask for, and if they ask why my Ip address shows that I am in Thailand, I can just say that I am here on business temporarily.

Is there any reason why this will not work?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
