I am going to India and have US account....when I list from there...will I get busted?

eb ay and pa yp al are notorious for IP screening - i have tested it with doing something on a US account with Canadian IP and got limited fair quickly. In your shoes, I would call and see what can be done.

I listed on my American Ebay account from Thailand last year for six months with no problems from Ebay or Paypal. I guess it depends on what you are selling, and if your Ebay account is established.

if you have a legitimate reason for logging in from overseas with an American account, I dont think there would be a problem. lots of people are in the military, and many corporate people get relocated on a temporary basis, so If you call and explain your situation, and they buy it, you should have no issues.
