Funds held: no access to address

So I bought something and it froze my transaction. I then bought a VCC to confirm my location to un freeze my funds. Now they said that they will mail the confirmation code to my address. The address that they have is obviously not mine. It was the dorm I used to stay in at collage. But now its summer and I am no longer there. What can I do?

I have not experienced this. Why not phone them up in a few days/weeks and tell them that it has still not turned up and ask them if their is another way to confirm location/address, as you need to get into your account NOW! :D

Something like that anyway :noidea:

:peace:

PHone em up is a good tactic - have your ID papers prepped.

get in contact with the people or send a letter to the dorm you was staying at and tell them you have an important letter on the way and give them your number to call when it arrives,if the guys there are cool they may even send it to you through the post or you could ask them to open the letter and tell you the code,

just throwing it in there, not the best option obviously but it could work!
