the two paypal deposit2 didn't show on my bank account its been 5 days and what do I do now?:eek:

What bank?

And are these 5 business days?

paypal say they sent them on the friday 13th may and I have a co-op current account
do I need to wait longer?:mad2:

I am also in the exact same situation. Sent out on Friday 13th to a new co-op current account.

Though it is only Tuesday, my guess is me an you could be verifying our accounts later today. Party time!

If anyone is using co-op with stealth, let us know the facts haha

Ah!!! What time on Friday did you carry out the paypal transaction?

I have found that if you do anything to paypal concerning a bank after 16:00hrs, it does not catch the transfers** for that business day. Goes into a sort of cyber limbo. Should hit the account late Wednesay afternoon.

Only other thing to check is if that bank had any problems with their mainframe etc.

Somewhere in my many posts, I have suggested doing paypal/bank during a time fram of 10:00am to 15:00hrs. (hours when the bank/branch is open)

Do you understand that or am I waffling? :unhappy:

Im using coop with stealth - deposits took a while to come on my accounts too but dont worry they will come.

Makes a lot of sense.

I personally did have the deposits sent Friday evening.

So me sure is willing to wait a little more time :pop2:

Deposits just show up in my online balance/statement within the last ten minutes.

I am sure yours will follow shortly stevie!

Sorry to triple post but just found out that co-op has a direct debit feature online to view direct debits and "immediately" cancel them online! Never had this with my other banks. Nice.

You never mentioned this to me Imakemoney!

@GB, do you know of any other UK banks that also offer this feature online?

I never use the feature. I go thro the bank with the name of the staffer I ask to help.

Then when/if anything goes pearshaped, they can be blamed ;) :eek:

^^ Could be delays or system errors. In person it can be confirmed that it has been closed, by 'in person', I also mean over the phone!

Its been over a week and still no deposits so what do I do now?

I would phone co-op if it was me, just to see if the problem is their side.

I was told to click on the word current and its will show the deposits and it wasn't that clear on there website and maybe im thick or they have
a crap website and I can see the deposits now lol:doh:

my bank account has been verified and I also lifted the limits as a private buyer it asked for my dob and name and address which was my mates details which I used on my stealth account as I can get his passport if I need it later on.:clap:

You made a good choice with the co-op bank stevie, me and many other stealth users use it with no problem.

Not too sure how you are for getting banks or whether you will want anymore in the future but have a look at this, it is a list if basic current accounts. They are awesome for stealth.

This is my first stealth account and should I create another one?
This was fairly easy to setup and I used my mates dob and address
and I had the paypal limits lifted straight away and I presume this was because the name and dob matched the council tax register.
I am just deciding if I use my iPhone 4 or a 02 dongle for the internet on this account and what do I do next sell slowly for 30 days and any other advice welcome thx :hail:

There's no guarantee.

Mainframes of banks are notorious for having problems. Besides knowing a human/teller is to my advantage 'cos of paypal deposits ;)

Step4 : option one at new address section it states the best method is to use a friend or relative who doesn't use ebay and paypal and now your telling me it's wrong :amen:

Its not wrong as such.

I know where rsot is coming from with his concerns though - because many people may let people use their ID's for ebay, but then further down the line you may get suspended may be for the same reason you did before....and then later down the line they may want to use ebay themselves to make extra bit of cash or whatever, and ofcourse they cant.

Its a shame rsot didn't explain himself and I will be OK my friend cant even use a PC never mind eBay or papal

What do you mean you would like to know how to do it?

Im sure the stealth guide will talk about it, you just create the ebay and paypal account with matching info, with a made up name and address.

But obviously if you get asked for documents you will need to get creative.

I thought PayPal use the council tax register to lift selling limitations and in that case if would need a true identity with dob and the correct address

@stevebills, yes I was not clear. Imake$ literally stole the reason out of my hands ha (/shakes fist) but yes - if you get suspended under his name, he gets zapped or WORSE, if you decide that "Hey I ower money but I will not pay", his credit history will take a beating.

As for creating stealth name ...you use a verifiable address but you make up a name - then if you get with ID verify, you make the docs for it...

Yes Pa yp al can use public info to make sure but you have to look at the odds of them doing a search for EVERY single user - not cost effective.

Yes. People make names up and provide their own docs stevie. You can do what you have done and sell just as smoothly, thought their are problems, as already mentioned above.
