E bay buying account opinions needed please
 

Hi All, I wonder if you might give me your opinions please.

I have an Ebay account that I have used for buying only. I have done the payment check-outs through my stealth P P account, but the E bay and P P accounts are not linked. My question is this....I have very good feedback on the buyer account, would I in the future be able to use this account to sell on, I mean l would then have to link it to a new P P account. Let me also mention that my current P P account has just hit the dust.....

Thank you in advance for your help, so much is changing on E bay Uk and P P, I had 3 phone calls in 2 weeks from them, and then last night my P P account went down...I think it was because I was not home to answer the call.

If you pa yp al accounts are linked, you would likely be blocked as you start selling.

you could give it a try, but you may be blocked from selling or suspended.

evidence shows you can re-register in a suspended address, and they let you buy, as long as it is say a year or so after banishment, never straight away. whether you can turn it in to seller account is a different matter, it is possible, but not in same name as before IMO, it will always be vunerable as well....
but people do move, so an address is not necessarily banned forever..think it through

buyer account are useful, its tempting to turn them in to seller accounts, it all depends on if you can tweak buying address enough in future to make another buyer account for your own purposes. do a few tests, send a letter to yourself in a variation of your address, with different name maybe..then you know your options
