I run 2-3 steal acc on e bay and just the other day when I went to ship and item, it weighed over 13 ounce so I could not drop it off in the "self- serve" slot at usps so I delivered it manually to the guy in the front desk and he was kinda looking at it in a weird way, why? Because the address and state of my stealth is completely different than where I am.

So my question is, how do you guys who sell like 10+ items a day, how do you ship those bigger items without getting any weird looks/ suspicion? Is it possible to just change the address on the pp acc or will that be too risky

WAY TOO RISKY to change the PayPal address.

I have an address not linked to ANY eBay account. I use that as the retuirn address with a generic name, something like "Order Fulfillment Corp". In the unlikely event that eBay or Amazon were to question it, I would just claim to be using a logistics service, or drop-shipping. But I have never been asked, not even once.

The likelihood of a customer reporting it to them - which is the only way they would ever find out - is slim to none. And the USPS won't get bent out of shape since it is a valid return address.

Why would you pick an address that is completely different that your state? wouldnt that throw a bunch of stuff of when using the ebay and paypal shipping calculators?? also gives your customers the wrong shipping amount when using calculated shipping on ebay.

I know on usps website you can put a shipping address from, but it also asks if you are shipping from alternate zip code. I always assumed this is to get the pricing correct.
