Can't Lift Limits?
 

I followed the stealth guide, but i think it is outdated. When i try to lift my limits it is asking that i confirm the details. Then it cross checks the details with something else, as it knows that the details are stealth?

Anyone come across this problem?

PS i confirmed a VCC and it still didn't lift the 1.9k limit. It's asking to confirm personal info

I have a fully verified account with a confirmed bank and a VCC added and confirmed successfully, yet I still have the £1900 limit too. This is because they now match up details on the electoral roll, and your stealth details will obviously not tally up, which is why you have to email in documents.

I've had this problem too recently. My plan is to take it easy, spread my sales between different accounts and try to stay under the limit until they ask for the i.d. and. I'm just happy to be able to make a bit of cash again and be able to withdraw it :ninja:

^ It is a lot more work to open and manage multiple accounts, but it is the way I am doing it at the moment as well.

It is safer in terms of any possible suspentions and limits are obviously increased.

To lift the 1900 limit on UK PayPal it is now neccessary to provide them with the documents they ask for -VCC & Phone verification are no longer enough to lift that limit.

its pretty close to the truth, its like that in US, and it encourages people to harvest real details, which I think is not a nice thing to do and a dangerous path.

TizWoz i think you will find it is strictly true for the majority currently.

It definitely seems true for the last 4 accounts I created. They ask you to confirm your information on PayPal, and once you've entered your details it'll come back with an error. After trying a few times it asks you to send in docs to lift limits. It's a real pain in the arse I tells ya!

Either bring what you know to the table so people can benefit from it OR dont post and keep it to yourself seeing as that is clearly what you want to do.

Tizwoz - dont post your supposed 'hints' post hard fact, unless the issue is too sensitive to be discussed in a open forum. :)

Although you could change address once your limits are lifted, so as to become stealth.

Do you mean using your real info to remove the limit and then changing your address after?

Yes but it is not just the address but the name must also match the electoral roll.

Also, why change the address once you have lifted the limits? You would already be linked to a suspended address, might as well leave it and not change it if you are doing this.

No Imake$ - I think he means using someone elses details to get round the electoral role and then changing address. Sounds like an invitation to Strageways to me

VIP means you paid for AZ Gho.st or EB Ste.alth and nothing more. Even you have it and you're a n00b here, according to your post count an registration anyways. So, what is your point? :doh:

shady and others are correct -Now about this tizwoz method, you can only swap the initial details for complete real ones under the method - correct? and that is impossible if your details are banned, you have to use someone elses, whether it is someone you know or someone youve just looked up....thats what I mean by harvesting, it is something that goes on, I personally would not entertain it

i am not talking rubbish, i know a way to set up and verify PP accounts using one savings account, any uk saver if accepts dd mandate or not.

Just because you don't have a clue how to do it, it doesn't mean its rubbish.

look, whatever, if its the route you want to take fine, but do not act like its a new method, Ive been watching US posts on this and spokeo etc for years now.....I know UK has different info out there than US, and less of it, thank gosh, but it may not be long before we get calls asking even more personal identifying questions a la US. Maybe even home visits, as one poster put it recently (joke)

agreed this is my point, if TizWoz brings up the 'method' in posts such as this, then why not share via PM or in the subscribers forum - unless of course it amouts to some sort of fraud....

I mean there are tweaks in this that Ive read from US posts, eg always use new homes, be just 18 yrs old, all that...suppose then in theory they might let asking for docs slide, but I have not tried it so dont know if they do let it slide or not...

I read one post once where they submitted a picture of the house with a for sale sign on it, and it was accepted apparently!
