Need Serious Help!

Heya guys,

I am just wondering since i am not in the states, if i can find any VCC that is able to withdraw from paypal acountries that allow debit card withdrawals along with that i am also trying to find out if anyone is selling any simon cards etc but i would need a ton of them etc.

Or VBA that allows withdrawals also a ton of them etc.

Kinda been stuck since entropay is dead as hell.

Ah a VCC to withdraw to - geez wish I could help - only VCC I knew was EP but they are blocked I have been reading. Maybe other folx will know.
