I have ebay stealth and have read it many times.
My questions are about vccs.
I have done all the steps. I have email and bank account ready to go.
I also have a vcc for ebay and a tracphone.
So my question is..What do i use the vccs for besides verifing or lifting limits.
I have a ebay one. So im guessing thats for a seller account. ok i get that.
I dont get the paypal vcc though. If i add a bank account why would i need a vcc for it too?
Also shoul di be using a tracphone? I dont understand the online phone number stuff. Whats the best place to go for call forwarding? |
