Yo Granny, don't just switch users, log out first.
I use 20 domains on distinct and static IP's. Each is either an affiliate, blog, or store. Each one runs an app based on the trade API so I have my own mini eB's. I can post, schedule listings, leave fb, answer messages directly from the site. Most of my payments to PP get swept into my bank accounts with daily settlements.
Next on the to do list is to write the codes to incorporate PP transactions so I can use the PP accounts without the daily settlements.
For access, I use 1 pos notebook, 1 windows account and I log into any of the 20 domains anytime, anywhere I want with absolute impunity from THEM. I don't worry about IP's or cookies, EVER! |
This seems very interesting! It would be really helpful if you make a tutorial video step by step on how to do all this :) |
| unkown5454 | 06-02-2011 03:00 AM | ^^^ Agreed. |

Are you hosting each domain separately? or getting reseller accounts and setup different Ips for each account?
and what is the Coding you add to that blog in order to mini access your Eb?
it seems to be a very good idea although Eb may be able to track the source of data if its not encrypted.. |

If he tells you, he will have to kill you afterwards.
Besides, you have made 107 posts (and quite a few that have been deleted), when are you going to THINK of thanking the users who have gone out of their way to help you.
Be a giver, not a taker .Thanks:juggle: |

I am ready and wish to THANK the member who will guide me million times but show me just one here who DID!
Btw, You should notice the member whom i am asking and you will find him not thanking anyone;) |

| moustafa | 06-02-2011 09:28 AM | Tell me how much :D or how many Thanks LOL |

Go over your posts. I can think of several users who went out of their way to help.
That's how it works...not paying people but giving them thanks. |
| oompaloompa | 06-02-2011 10:32 AM | think I cant tell you or I would have to kill you, is a joke that is lost in translation on Moustafa, nobody has helped you here, thats unfortunate and a bit strange..
if you have dynamic ip just check it is different between using different accounts, no need for special servers (?) just a new window per account or linked pair.
yes I have several on each computer, and the pics on windows user on start up are teeny tiny, like grains of sand ahahaha..........
and it sure runs your computer slow....my devices keep on trying to get to the window ledge to jump due to abuse.... |
| GrannyT | 06-02-2011 10:51 AM | How's that printer of yours after its stiletto maintenance?
:pop2: |
| stillselling | 06-02-2011 11:17 AM | There's not going to be a tutorial on this one, don't want any amateur killing my golden goose. I developed the platform for something bigger, the anonymity is just a bonus.
eB and PP give you all the tools to do what I do, so go use their search dacility.
@granny, how's the PC holding up? |
| GrannyT | 06-02-2011 11:30 AM | It's holding up a lot better now that I log out instead of just changing users. LOL
My pooter is like me - aged, still looking in a reasonable condition, finding it harder to keep up with the word load, can't cope with all the new technical stuff but still got plenty of life in it - as I say, just like me!!

| stillselling | 06-02-2011 11:37 AM | I have to run my pos notebook without antivirus. It also has a few keys missing but has enough battery life to last me a large cup of coffee @ Starubucks and prints labels faster than I can draw. Best of all, I can leave it in the car and not worry about ppl taking it. May be they'll feel bad and leave me something better. |

| turkeyhunt | 06-04-2011 05:28 PM | Is there an actual limit to user accounts possible on lap tops? I know I have over 20, yet I never am logged in to more than one at a time, so it doesn't slow my computer down. Of course, they all correspond w/ the ebay/pp account created. They are fairly easy to create.. lol
its funny.. I always used to wonder as to the purpose of multiple user accounts -- now, I can't imagine not using them |
| ShadyOne | 06-04-2011 07:08 PM | ^ I would say the amount is limited to your hard drive space.
BUT if their is a maxium amount of user accounts placed on Windows, then partitioning and dual booting would sort that. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:09 AM. | |
