Ebay Seller Limits

Could anyone please advise.
I have a fairly new (3 mths) old eb & pp acc - not stealth - it was opened with 100 items p/m selling limit. It was then reduced to 10 items p/m in month one due to my ignorance.
This month (month 4) I am listing as I assumed it was still at 10 items limit - I didnt list much. I scrolled to the bottom of the page yeaterday and it had a current limit notification.
It stated I have 0.99 or below auction ninety something items p/m remaining.

Have the limit been lifted without them sending me notification? I have checked all emails. :pry:
