Default premiere vs business accounts

I have noticed that every ebay account I open up with a premiere paypal account gets the automatic 10 item limit before I even sell anything. My question is if I should forego making premiere accounts and instead only make business paypal accounts from now on?

I have 3 successful business accounts but I cannot remember what I did when I opened them. I also have 2 new accounts. 1 bought and one opened by me. TBH I think the bought one is better value in terms of stress and time. That's the way I shall be going in the future

Here's a question, if ebay puts a limit on your account because your paypal isn't verified yet, do they instantly up the limit once you verify your bank info with paypal?
