ebay negative customer database, do you have one?

so does anybody here keep a database written or typed of all the customers you won't ship to and if they buy just make some excuse and refund them immediately? im asking because i had a few customers who give me bs excuses so i don't ever want to sell to them since i know what they want.

Well if its just one account I would say just add them to the block list. My list is long. Every non paying bidder and every person that asks too many questions.

This is unique though for each account...

Although funny story: I had the same item listed once hours apart on the separate accounts and the same bidder won both auctions. Instantly paid on the lower and on the higher made some excuse about her daughter using her account and she didn't know...hmmm....lol

Of course. With buyer's having the upper hand in this operation, it is essential to keep this type of database.

Every time I make a a sale, I gto to Toolhaus.org and type in the eBay-ID of the user.

Specifically, I am checking for any negative feedback they have left for other sellers.

If I am not comfortable, I cancel the transaction.

I also add the person to my blocked bidder list.

My ebay block list if long after being on ebay for 6 years now. That plus my memory is VERY GOOD, so if an address even comes close to one ive seen before trust me you will be called or your order will be cancelled.

The blocked buyer list is my record but listen to the main man Jeffweico - another useful tidbit of info. All the best.
