Is there any Prepaid-Card in The stealth guide3.1 is already blocked by UK paypal?

Any suggestion?

I dont have that particular guide, list the cards and we can go from there....

I mean in general vcc cant lift limits anymore but they are accepted ok for fees or buying

I'm not sure Oompah - I tried to use EP to buy, paying through Paypal - and I could not get it to work in any way:rant:
