Paypal asking for SSN to "unlimit" account. If I don't provide...

Can I just tell them I wish to close the account and then will they give me access to the funds after the 180 days? I'll move on to a new one..

You don't need to call them, if you do not provide SSN your account is automatically closed

180 days start from the day your account has been limited.
