IP Changing software HELP?

IP changing software, i heard you can get suspended because bay and paypal will know that you are using IP changing software BUT, what if i use software that lets you store your ip address's to reuses them???????? :doh:

What?

Your IP address is not a file and does not work like that. You need to subscribe to a service (either Internet service, proxy, or VPN) that is able to keep a static IP for you.
