VPN to changing my IP?
 

I planning to use VPN to changing my IP.

Can you recommend any good VPN service in UK (i am from Cardiff, Wales)

i am in UK , use Virgin broadband (telephone line)
But my partners are in Russia and they need access to PayPal also.
That why i decide to use VPN.

Why? They are detected by paypal/ebay. That means the account gets suspended. Waste of all your efforts.

You can still change your IP and thus control your account better by consdiering purchasing a dongle.

The quickest ways for getting a limited PayPal for sure. Avoid.

Even worse to use VPN.

I know you have been on the forum a short time and are really keen to get selling again. Too many accounts get limited, permanently suspended when it is detected a VPN is in use. :doh:

so what is the best way for my Russian partners to get access to PayPal?

i am not selling on eBay, i have website which offer service.

Do not let them have access to your PP account. If you must then use a remote log in through your computer.

Alternatively set up a dial up account and have them call that UK number from Russia.

I have spent several days looking for it but haven´t been able to found.
