Can I use my parent's identity to make a new ebay account
 

I was just wondering if I had permission from my parents, would I be able to use their identity to make a new ebay and paypal account, provided they have not registered before, and that the address is the same, but ip addresses are different?? And is this easier to be able to lift limits??

Hi. I think if the address is the same as a banned account it will not work.

Easy to setup a s t e a l t h or 2 or 3 under other addresses where nothing is linked to your family.... it works and is all good...... look into it.


With regards to the limits lifting, things have changed recently for us UK peeps. If you read around and/or search.... there are ideas and opions for you if you are able to understand it easily.... if not many peeps here will help you as long as you are legit (ish).

TBH, the question is not 'Can I use their names' but rather 'Should I use them'?

I would say not to do that ever. Friends, family & business never mix. What might happen if you have a disagreement with your parents? Where would that leave you, them & the account? Up the creek without a paddle :pouts:

It would NOT be sensible to use that info with name & address but different IP. There are enough factors there to LINK to a suspended account.

You already have one account going don't you? And I have a pm from you too/ (Set the kitchen on fire earlier. Bit of drama :eek:)

No but they dont use ebay, so I have explained to them, and they said it is ok for me to use their details, and they said I can send their forms(ie passport, utility bills) etc as proof, so this will withdraw the limits. The only thing im concerned about is getting started: my dad said I could use his name to set it up, so this would be totally diff, the address would be same, but i would use diff ip address, surely they cant jus link u on ur address?? lol?? (trying to get sumwer here...lol...ok then...say it....im doomeedd!???)(Please reply as poistively as possible, thanks, lol)

Dose your dad have the same surname? If the answer is yes you are wasting your time

Yes.... but that jus cant be ryt..... what about if my dad was to actually open it.....they cant jus ban him cuz i got suspended!!, i gues i could change it slightly??, anyways, if this dnt work, i thought it wer worth a try!:( Any new suggestions, please update me

You will be linked back to your suspended account, very soon as well, if you don't understand Stealth enough.

Instead of worrying about documents, you should just open one or a few stealth accounts and begin selling, take things slow and carry on with your stealth research.

You WILL be renamed 'thestealthmaster01' one day!

Unfortunately OP if your dad was to open a genuine account he would get suspended because of his link to you.

wt about if i registered my dads name, and changed the adress details slightly, and then matched(i mean edited) this up with the documents which i upload to send to paypal for verification, ip also changed?? Is this ok?? sorry for the questions, jus trying to snuggle my way in, lol

^ Well you could open a stealth PayPal and begin by instantly attempting to lift the £1900 limit, get a docs request from PayPal and just stare at the wall.

Or you could leave the limit in place and begin selling over multiple PayPal accounts, carrying on with your stealth research until you find a potential way around docs on a stealth account.

There are ways around everything - some things shouldn't be spoken about on an open forum - but there are ways. Try using the pm button to talk to members you are comfortable with

Please understand you can not use your parents details of name AND address that your suspended account had. 'Course since your parents moved, then that's different, isn't it ;) Everything gets sorted. Everything:juggle:

Because you never know who is reading this. 'ImaPaypalSpy' changed his name as did 'IworkForEbay' so we don't know who they are now - or you! LOL:D
