my sleath paypal got limited due to the fact i was sending the ebay money to my real account, and they are now holding 246.13 $ of myne, they are asking for alot of info such as ssn, utilly bill and such is there anyway i will get the money back ;d
this is so messed up that they are holding my money.

Sadly you have to comply with their steps or wait the 180 days. You can try a crapshot and call them up and try to barter with the agent but that's usually a waste of time these days.

When you send money from account to account make sure its under 150 bucks and once per day from stealth to legit or stealth to stealth.
