Hi looking for a American prepaid credit card which allows you to send money to it electronically, and its easy to register. I want to send money from my CCNOW account to the prepaid credit card.

Can anyone tell me if TruCards.com is legit? Or recommend a virtual online credit card company?

I need a virtual credit card, which accepts paypal to purchase and add credit to the account, any ideas?

I looked at Trucards last year. Kept getting messages to contact and give p/w
after signing up: never got any answer from them when I sent emails to check
(worried about phishing) so I gave them a miss.

How do you obtain your funds out of paypal?
