erased flash, java, cache, guid, changed ip and still are getting me? How?
 

What are they using to track me?

Need way more info that what you are telling us. That is just a small part of stealth.

What are you selling, similar items than before? There is just way more information needed to help you here.

List EVERYTHING about your accounts.

also if you have never read the stealth book then disregard everything I said and start there. Then research on here for a week or so then post that vague of a question.

Thats a main one too but still you need to understand stealth tactics before even trying to do all this. Get the book 1st and foremost.

I noticed you didn't mention cookies and you deleted cache, were you using a proxy server?

You need to provide A LOT more information than that for us to determine what you did wrong.

There is no way you followed everything. Here is my advise and it has worked every time for myself and many others.......

-New Netbook (Asus $250)
-New IP addy
-New MAC Addy
-New Address, Name, Phone Number, Credit, Bank Info

Yes I deleted cache no I do not use proxys i know how to change my ips through verizon.

No i don't change user accounts on my computer 1 it makes the computer slower each new account 2. I've never had to. I just got to figure out what new cookie their tracking me with besides the ones I know about. Just like the guid you would never would've known that cookie was secretly tracking you if you didn't find it.

I haven't tried making a new account to sell different items because Their limiting me within 30 minutes on the dot everytime I post to a new account so I know their picking up a cookie off me.

To me it just looks like you are refusing to simply learn how to be stealthy and just want to figure it out on your own. Learn the book and just research on here. you will get all you need easily,

I know this might sound stupid but did you try deleting your browsing history?

When I used to have multi eb/pp on my 1 windows user, it worked for me.
I prefer the new windows user way I feel it is safer.

I have 21 windows users and my lappy has not slowed down (5 year old lappy, busted screen, usb ports broken except 1, overheats etc.)

For internet explorer, when I sometimes have those troubles, I find this bit of free software helps me

MC010 doesn't mean you got linked, it happens on many new accounts ecspecially when your first listing is a high risk item.

I will try cc cleaner but I dont' think that will help just like the guid theirs only one site you can go to erase that code. These advertisers are putting secret cookies on your pc like the guid to track you. I'm not selling vero items so I know their tracking me because i make up all kinds of info and different products and they still get me. Their not tracking everybody with this code but they are with me so I hope someone knows where it is.

Even with low risk items you'll still get mc010, has more to do with your activity level, try building your buyer feedback to 20 first then see what happens.

Listing non vero items has nothing to do with it. Ebay knows my pc. I have logged into different accounts using fresh computers and get the verify by phone call thingy. I never get that when i erase flash, browser cache, change ip. They must be reading windows license number cpu Id or ssl certificates
