| jjohnson777 | 06-16-2011 06:18 PM | Daily. I been waiting for cops since 2003. When was first hate mail arrived. After stroke doubt going to happen. :pop2: |
| jeffweico | 06-16-2011 06:23 PM | I would refund their money and send a very professional and POLITE response apologizing if they were not happy.
Other than that, I would NOT communicate with this person any further. It really does not matter if the item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not, the fact is you don't know what kind of a nutball you are dealing with.
Some people are out there just looking for trouble and there is no way to win an argument with such a person. Responding to them is like feeding a starving pit-bull. It just eggs them on even more.
These people are generally losers who have little control over events in their lives. If you make them feel important, or like they are in control of the situation, they will only get worse.
As tempting as it is to stoop to their level and be unprofessional, that will just lose you an account. It is not worth it. Trust me. |
| Melissa1971 | 06-16-2011 08:01 PM | What he said^^^ |
| jjohnson777 | 06-16-2011 08:18 PM | Most my hate mail they not bought anything from me. :amen:
Or I refund and be happy. |

I however did have a phone call and letter from my local DA office over a $16 pair of pliers that I sent with no tracking one time.
I was threatened with a $500 fine and jail time if I didnt sent another pair to him within 7 days with tracking.
I thought it was a joke until i returned the phone call.
I tried to contact the DA office of a customer BS deal one time and got NOTHING at all and them saying that there is nothing they can do and to keep track of any threats, etc.
Kinda sucked but what can you do? the guy that reported me must have been working at his local city hall or something and used his job as a way to contact the DA here and convince them to call me.
still pisses me off to this day. |
| jjohnson777 | 06-16-2011 10:43 PM | Well my father knows all lawyer, judges, da, police, and sheriff people around here. So I do not worry. |

| newjerseymax | 06-19-2011 01:19 AM | I just got one of these the other day...
I simply agreed as posted ny someone here earlier... Remained professional and offered a full refund and told him I already sent him the "refund request" (cancellation request) :D
He accepted the "refund request".... I issued a refund and then blocked him. Now his stance is limited as he cant leave negative feedback as he accepted cancellation request ("Refund request") nor could he file a claim with paypal as refund has already been posted. Yes lost some dollars, but kept a clean ebay and paypal. |

| jjohnson777 | 06-19-2011 05:27 AM | I just wish people ask for refunds before go to there banks. Hate when get charge-backs on cheap items than get hit with cb fee. Wish pp show which is credit card purchases like alertpay does than I could refund the small ones if look risky. |

You could easily tell how they paid so you could make some decisions on how far to go with them. I guess like anything else we are dealing with, People took too much advantage of it and the stopped it. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 03:25 PM. | |
