Missed Paypal Call And Now Limited
 

Hi there paypal called me today but I missed the call and now my account is limited. The account is in a stealth name and they want everything photo id, invoices, delivery confirmation, address confirmation and supplier info. I was selling **** vero but have not gotten any negative feedback and only have had about $800 go threw the account is like 2 weeks. Should i phone paypal back or should i just consider the account done.

I missed a call once - way back. I called them and could not get the limitation lifted without documentation. I would say you either comply with their requests or consider the account done.

If I would have answered the call would the account not have gotten limited and what would they have asked. The thing is I was pre selling items and have transferred most of the money out of the account. Only about $175 is left and I need about $450 to refund everybody that hasn't had there product shipped. I wasn't expecting the account to get limited and that's why I transferred money to my bank. Should I just refund what I can and close the bank account and be done with the account. Thanks

What about your customers who don't get refunded? Is it just tough luck on them? Just wondering:pop2:

Even if you have picked up they still would of limited your account! They call and ask you

for the stuff before they limit it. "99.99% they will call and limit you after the phone call"

Don't screw your costumers over, this forum is to help you stay on eBay not scam people.

If you want to go that way then leave the forum.

Even if you answered paypal would of limited you. It's happened to me. They would of asked you first where you get your items and the profit margin and if the guy which always is a douche or woman also douche doesn't like it then they will limit you no matter what.

STUPID OF THEM TO LIMIT WITH JUST 1 CALL LIKE IF THE WHOLE WORLD HAS TO ANSWER WITH JUST 1 CALL OR THEY SHOULD BE GONE FROM THE SYSTEM - :(

It's paypal they are the boss, it's their rules and you have to beat them. ;)

Is it worth it to supply documents and id. should I just move on.
And how do you guys recommend I refund the customers if I don't have all the money.

Selling what you are selling and selling it how you were selling it is what did you in.

Selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ VERO items is basically one of the main reason we all have the hoops we have to deal with just to sell on ebay with paypal.

Go get a loan and pay back all those people. Sell your car, what ever you need to do. I would be so pissed if you did that to me that you would not hear the end of it until i was paid. Just sayin.......

I hate selling **** vero items but its impossible to find anything else that makes good money. And I think a lot people on this site sell **** vero and that's why I stated what I was selling in the thread. I will find a way to refund my customers.

Didnt mean to be hard on you but just am tired of the hoops here.

I am sure you can work out the buyers payments. I have paid back a buyer before with payments. It was a $400 item he wanted to return but I told him I would just have to pay him $100 here and there. he had no problem with it.

The key is communication. you make them feel warm and fuzzy and you can get away with a lot more. Just keep in touch with all of them and it will work out.

Some buyers work, NOT ALL! I have had terrible buyers want there bloody money now.

What would you guys do send refunds to the buyers or send items they bought. And is there a time limit on when you have to give PayPal all the info they want or can it be anytime.

First of all I would contact the customers and ask them what they want then take it from there - as has already been said by Kingray - make them feel warm and fuzzy

What you need to do NOW is think about how this account worked.

Has it worked well? Yes to a point. But it's not working if you are unable to refund a buyer. (With or without paypal putting their nose in.)
You need 'funds' for those refunds that happen.
You need to cover yourself to make sure you are using your ebay account well.
Matters 'nothing' the account is stealth. It is an ebay account that has to conform to the ebay/paypal game. By coincidence it's got a special tag 'stealth'.

Now, here's the next important factor. ebay/paypal are now playing a game called 'we want documents, invoices' for 98% of accounts. Know that ahead of them. Dont know that? Leave ebay alone. Why? You'll be back here repeating the same story.

Horrible to get limited by paypal, yep. But more horrible to let them beat you.

Sort paypal quickly. See where that leaves you as regards funds & items. Start communicating with buyers. that's the method TRY
