Can I use ING to verify hundreds of accounts?

Can I use ING to verify lots of accounts?

I know they give you problems if you are transferring money into the accounts with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names.

But will the two micro-payments paypal makes to the ing account say the name on the account?

Remember I just want it for verification purposes.

Please don't tell me there is no use for that, I have my reasons. :juggle:

I would not use them for this purpose.

Use gift cards that work for this.

Yes but gift cards won't verify the account. A gift card will only remove withdrawal limits.
