paypal account not linking?

Anyone else ever have this problem? Every time I try to list a new item on a new ebay seller account it gives me the whole "in order blah blah blah please link a verified paypal account"

So I link my new stealth paypal account and it returns me to ebay, but the ebay isnt linked to the paypal and it asks me again to link a verified paypal account in an infinite loop.

Best to contact customer service on the chat system. I use that all the time and they seem to help me out with all my needs. You will get a better answer there probably since they can see exactly what is going on.

soo i just checked and I thought I verified the paypal account but they havent even sent the 2 deposits yet. Memory lapse, but could this be the issue?

Paypals shipping is down at this moment too

A lot of people add the bank account and forget to send the deposits
