Here is a NEW UPDATE: I GUESS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE:
Guys....Something very weried I want to share it with you it might be nothing and it might be everything..
It is about the hardware IDs and paypal..
go to run and type dxdiag...click on save all information
it will save eveything about your PC in a text file on the desktop
Open the file
Drag down till you reach: system devices
you will find all the devices on your PC listed there, Check Device ID
What I noticed the 90% of the devices share the same REV_04\3&18D45AA6
I have many hard drives and freinds who got ebay and paypal accounts
What I found is, we all has the same REV_04\3&18D45AA6 number
I think the device ID should be unique from computer to onther.
I found out too, the hard drives who got limited access paypal accounts..got this number REV_04\3&61AAA01
I tried to format the hard drive with all the methods even low level format.
I thought it might be nothing, but recently I installed windows to my freind's laptop who never has ebay or paypal account, GUESS WHAT...he has a totally deffrent number than those 2 numbers.
I will make some trails and I keep you posted...
Please understand that this note has nothing to do with Ebay, it just for paypal...
