Ebay message?

Hey guys i got this from ebay today.

All my items "3 items" has been removed from selling.

and i got this message.

Hello braga118,

This message contains important information in regards to your eBay
account, braga118.

Your listing activity has been restricted to ensure a safe trading
environment for you and the eBay Community, as well as allow us to
confirm some information including your identity and your current
business practices.

I understand that this process may seem confusing, please allow me to
explain a little more. We’re committed to reducing both fraud and
negative buying experiences on the site. To maintain a safe marketplace,
we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend
accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained.
These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your
account’s activity, but rather a preventative measure.

You can review the eBay User Agreement here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/user-agreement.html

We'd be happy to review your account and, if possible, adjust your
selling restriction to allow additional activity to take place.

In order for us to review your account, I need to ask you to submit all
of the following information by fax (fax number below):

- Documentation that shows that you purchased the item(s) recently
listed for sale on eBay, such as RayBan sunglasses, etc... Documentation
that will help us verify your items can include either manufacture
invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos
of the items to fulfill this requirement.

-- Important --
- Make sure that your name and User ID appear on each document that you
submit. If this information is not included, it cannot be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Fax all documents to:
eBay
Attention: SRM Appeals
Fax number: (801) 880-7018

-- Note --
- It may take up to 5 business days to review your information.
- All documents submitted will be destroyed after we review them.

We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter as quickly as
possible and look forward to receiving your documentation.

Regards,

You have to provide eBay with what they have requested.

You haven't been suspended but "Your listing activity has been restricted"

I have had this shiet before.

They send the message... you comply .... they still naff you off.

Saying that, its not always the case so its worth giving them what they want depending on how much the account means to you.

Saying that... saying that, I gave them what they wanted - my drivers, etc. and they 'naffed me off'! - so now they got my id and things as well as my ugly mug on the license.

Its up to you how you want/need to play it - hope it goes well :)

Dump those off on CL and list somethign different that wont get you limited or suspended. Those are just too risky to sell apparently. Try something different is all I can say here.

Actually, the account CAN be saved.

eBay wants to know where you are getting your Ray Ban Sunglasses from. If you can prove that you source is legitimate (it would have to be from an AUTHORIZED distributor or the manufacturer, an obscure website or "ioffer" will not do).

eBay uspsects that you are selling counterfeits. Most often this happens because the selling price is below current wholesale pricing, but it could also be based on other factors.

Selling such items, even legitimate, on a newer account is very difficult, especially in quantity.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

I can get an invoice from my supplier already talk to him hes going to send me with all my information "name/adress phone".

But i dont know if this is all i need.

I bought some items to "cheap" items like earrings and things like that "not only 1$" like 3/4/5/6$ items", but the thing is, i pm each seller to send to a diferrent adress "my real address" but i think this isnt the real i got this message.

Any other suggestion or just the invoice would be good for them?

Thanks.

ShadyOne 06-20-2011 01:49 AM

^ You have to send the invoices, not really any more suitable suggestions, apart from readinf jeffweico's post again. Any old supplier details will not suffice.

First of all, please remove your userID from the thread. eBay and Paypal may have spies looking down right now.
Also, you can't just ignore the letter and relist the item, they simply won't let you. Too many attempts will get your account suspended.
