What do I need to verify ebay sellers account?

I just recently got a VPN so I can start building my ebay stealth accounts

I switched to a new windows user and everything, got the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and all that

But when I tried to sell something, they want me to verify it by phone
I put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ number there too so I was thinking of signing up to google voice

but I just read somewhere that I can verify it with a VCC?

If that's the case then I think I'll just do that

Can anyone help me out on that?

You need a phone and vcc or bank to create a seller account.

I guess it'll be easier for me to just buy it already made


I might be interested in one of the ones you sell

Lets say I buy one already made from you, and I log in from the VPN which is in San Francisco right now

Will they want me to verify it again since I'm going to log in from a different location?

Not as long as it's in the US but you could have problems with the vpn since many of them blacklisted by ebay/paypal a vps would be better.
