If I plan to use just one ebay and paypal account do I need to worry about IP address, cookies, and ects.

That all depends, If you have used it to login to eby or PP before then yes you still need to change it, if not then no, you have nothing to worry about.

stealth ends up being a no go with me unless i went to drive all over town using different computers. apparently with cox there is no changing your ip

^ I used to do that when I had no internet connection at home. I soon found my regular hotspots.

I used to get a bit para coz it looked a bit doggy and people used to stare at me parked up in my car on my lappy with a big 'rollup' hanging out my mouth

I then looked into long range wifi antenna and purchased wi-fire - it worked and I could pick up a few from my house - I got an extra 3 times range using it.

Now thought I have a dynamic ip at home so I can chill.

I dumped cox a long time ago and changed to DirecTV for TV and AT@T for my internet. I get a different IP every time I start up the computer. I couldnt ask for a better solution. Plus the cable and internet is about 40% cheaper.
