Dispute process with walmart moneycard..
 

So I bought some stuff on dhgate and didn't get what I ordered. Spent Like 3k.

I am disputing with walmart moneycard since I paid with them. I coudn't pay with a credit card since I did not have that much money or a checking bank card so don't ask lol.

I have submitted the form and etc. Any details on what I can expect especially them being a prepaid debit card company? The lady said i will wait for a call in 10 days? What if the items I bought like half of them are imitation? Is there a problem? Thanks...

HTFudge could that be proven? Unless they have an express policy of not allowing their card to be used on dhgate, they should look at your claim.

dhgate did nothing to resolve the claim? Anything done there?

Forgot to ask: VISA or MASTERCARD logo? Visa are usually better for O/S claims

Its a visa and dhgate told me to talk to seller. Seller does not want to refund and if she does a refund she wants to give me half since she lost some money which just makes me think chinese don't want to lose a bit. She has hundreds of feedbacks she can take not much of a big loss. Im even willing to send her stuff back, but she only wants to send me a replacement.

I thought that DHgate had a thing where if you arent happy with the goods they hold the money until the transaction is over with?

The money has already been released. They hold funds, but not for more than 3 weeks. I'll post once I have info from walmart money card services.

Just some friendly advice: dont lose your cool with walmart moneycard.

I KNOW you have had a really bad run of late. But bit your tongue. You can not afford to lose any money. All of this is the dramas of doing ecommerce but go carefully.
