the stealth guide says it is only good for international users to use a VPN gateway why is that when you get a new ip? I am in the usa a VPN or router swap are my only options

You can easily change your IP if your ISP offers Dynamic IP for your internet service

Make it is a sticky then. I have read back and see a lot of conflicting info. If it is really a problem, a sticky quickly eliminates your pain. This is also a cure for blue balls.
