That can all be fixed (got that much in the past). Expect the last one: Resolve issue with related accounts. I guess you got linked.

I see you have problems related to other accounts. I had a list like this in UK last year. I did what they wanted but still got banned - the main reason for me was they linked my old account to me coz I did not know of this place.

Are you going to resolve them all?

The last one is a killer.

There is no point, the account is toasted, since they suspect you for a link to an old account so i would say to move on!:doh:

How do you get yourself linked if it was intended? Logged in same ip or what did you do?

Had two Paypal account running side by side, same ip, same registration info, sane user account etc.

How long did you last doing that?

I've had ones that asked for a photo copy of a paystub in the whole laundry list.

I think they are having smoke crack sessions at paypal during lunch. Even when I went to jail they didn't ask for all this.

Paypal don't mind you having a few alias accounts to be honest. The reason why this account was taken down was due to a sudden massive spike in sale on the primary account.

Nevertheless, I still don't understand why they are asking for so much info, as well as revoking my ability to receive money
