Now 6 Months for Payment Holds?

I've been in touch with Paypal asking for my holds to be lifted as I'm past the 90 days, however now the standard email is saying the account has to be over 6 months? Anyone know?

Never mind....Paypal say 6 months but eBay say 90 days, no holds now :amen:

Good news IF you now have no holds with the money in your PayPal.
