Should I contact ebay?
 

I created my stealth account over 30 days ago. Created a new paypayl address. Did a name variation for the acct. Got a vcc for my ebay. i did not link the paypal to the ebay.

I followed my stealth instructions right by the book. Now I am getting a message that I need to contact ebay to verify my identity.

Is this cause of my name being to similar to the suspend name? Or could it be something else?

I know that is not ip address or cookies as i have corrected all those issues again by the book.

Should I call them or start over?

This kind of thing seems to be happening more and more where public records do not match the stealth account. No answer for you I'm afraid OP, I'm too many miles and countries away
