Products imitation and refunding...

So if you have a customer you sold an imitation product and they say they want an original and not imitation so you refund them, but do you tell them to keep the product or to return it to some specified address?

yellow0102 06-23-2011 08:33 PM

i would let them keep it

newjerseymax 06-23-2011 09:17 PM

Let them keep it for the hassle...

KingRay 06-24-2011 12:10 AM

under $50 let them keep it. You probably paid $15 for it so you wouldnt be out much.

FandangoKango 06-24-2011 08:10 AM

If its over $80.00 they paid you?

Sell4more2 06-24-2011 08:18 AM

If, you want positive feedback I would let them keep it. (the product plus shipping didn't cost you $80, that's how much they paid you) :D

'Products imitation' is still foo-foo no matter what way you say it. :boink:

If you did REALLY pay $80 for a foo-foo product, you should try to find something else.

Given you have been having such horrible times with buyers, paypal over the past weeks, let the buyer keep the item, safeguard the account.

Then move away from that type of item.:pry:

I like to remember stuff. It helps users not trip up.

regardless, I really want to hear that any user has managed to keep a stealth account going. So I said that :amen:

Not so hard to remember Fandango when every recent post is about same kind of issues ha =)

Not much more to contribute than what GB and others have said.

It will sink in eventually

Foo Foo = Too much trouble, this seems to be the case when I read your threads, the best advise you have been given is to find another product.

I would deffo take a loss on this item and bare in mind if I continue to sell it I could lose 80usd a pop allot more often

FandangoKango 06-24-2011 07:11 PM

K, thanks guys and gals for the input! :D
