Parents account Now limited
My parents got an email on Thursday from ebay stating that they found the account my parents were using is linked to a limited selling account ( My account which was limited due to DSRs * limited meaning I can buy on ebay but NOT Sell) These are both legit NON stealth accounts. The thing is my parents have had their ebay account for many years and it is a legit account they rarely sell and truly have no association with my account. I have moved out of my parents house about 4 yrs ago got married & have my own life . Why should they suffer because of my low dsr's from an old account. Ebay stated they are limiting their account to sell no more than 10 items or $500 in 90 days , then they will look at the account again ? What can this mean ? My parents are pretty upset because they have not done anything wrong and should not be held responsible for their childs account. I am 30 years old , and here is my real world analogy : In the real world " if i bounced a check my parents would not be denied a bank account" because of our relation . Why are they being limited on ebay due to having a family member with a limited account . Should we call them and fight this . Is there any way to fight this . It is pretty obvious i did not use their account they sell random house items here and there, and nothing like the product i sell. they do not sell vero items and mainly use ebay to buy . What can we do to get their account back ? |
