DHL 'shipment information received'

Two parcels have had this since Friday... usually they update within 12 hours. Anyone had any experience with this.

Your suppliers haven't handed over the item to DHL yet. Simply as that.

Some shipping agencies are better than others. This just means the ones your supplier uses are bad/slow.

Is it from China? Those sellers are notorious for providing tracking and shipping days later.
