Buyer suspended. when will his neg fb be removed?
 

A buyer left me a negative so after requesting feedback removal from Ebay for violating policy, he was suspended. I requested via the website but got an email to call into Ebay so I did. After I explained he wasn't who he said he was, and the Rep read how he treated me he leaves to verify his info. Comes back to tell me what he couldn't verify saying he wont' need to remove my neg cause when he takes care of this account it will take care of the negative

This buyer has "No longer a registered user" under his name but the neg stayed on my account as did his bad strike on one or maybe 2 of my DSR's.

Do I have to contact Ebay to have it removed? Will the DSR's also be removed? thanks for any help :)

Don't know about the DSR, but if the neg is less than 6 months old i think it will eventually be automatically removed.

when the buyer was not longer as 90 days registered on ebay and within this time he was suspended, ebay automaticly remove the feedback.

Wow, He took me to resolution center based on SNAD which is untrue, his fb says scammer and duirng the investigation I started, they said he has lots of complaints.
Yet they reinstated him....:doh: doesn't surprise me really. Kinda happy in a selfish way then he wont' be too angry with me for it.


I am on the phone with Ebay again to request feedback removal based on him violating 3 policies now...hopefully it will go thru cause I'll be a top rated seller I think that second. Hopefully cause I think you sell more that way and beginning July 1st there are 50 free listings again. Thanks again
