Question from non-US citizen re new paypal policy

Today, paypal ask me to put my EIN or SSN in my paypal. But I am not a American. And do not have any SSN or EIN. What can I do ? PLEASE give me some suggestion please. PLEASE:

Time to drop that one - you do have a back up already open don't you? If not, why not? I suggest you don't get in this position again. Time to learn all about stealth opening. Wouldn't you agree?
