File Viewer Pro download gives me error

Hi,

I just purchased Ghost. However when I try to install the File Viewer Pro it gives me the following message:

Error in download of installation software from system server.

Error sub code: 01002

What is that? I have Windows 7(Administrator) . Tried with chrome and FF same thing.

Solved by itself, seems like my work PC was downloading updates quietly and for some reason that blocked the download. At home it worked as a miracle!
My new life starts today!
