Question on buying accounts confirmation

Hey,
Im in Canada. Most of the sellers of eBay accounts are in the states.

Does this pose any problems? Or is it as simple as changing the address on the account and then eBay will still consider it an account that has been around for a long time/ good track record.

it sounds like you may be asking for trouble if you buy one of these, since they were set up in the US along with an ip address from the US. i think it may raise a red flag when you change the info to an address in another country.
