I'm a bit confused about this, it's been a while since I created a new Paypal account and forgot how exactly it works.

Assume I try to make a stealth account. What exactly phone works to verify your Paypal account? I read that i has to be landline, that prepaid phone don't work, that Walmart Tracphone don't work, that tollfreeforwarding.com doesn't work. What works exactly to verify your Stealth Paypal account? There are a lot of different opinions on this.

I was planning to buy those Tracphones from Walmart, but now I read they don't work.

Anybody?

If I get a landline from comcast on my name, will that work to verify a Paypal stealth account?

Google voice is your friend

So Google Voice works in case you get Paypal Limited? I though they need to verify your location and thats why a landline is needed.

Well they will give you a call (automated system) on the phone number you provide them

then you pick up and verify location. Any phone really works.

So when does Google Voice not work? I see some people keep saying there are situations when Google Voice doesn't work.

you want to make sure that the area code is within 100 miles of your location at the most.

I try to stay within 20-50 miles

Just to note: My Cell Number was linked to suspended accounts, but if I use Google voice with that number I'll be fine and I'll be able to receive / send phone calls when talking to Paypal and Ebay.

^^ Yes. And all they do is make a bot call you with a confirmation code whenever this happens.

Yeah if you are looking for a new number, you can literally get a new one everytime you get the account banned(which shouldnt be often if your doing it right), you can just unlink your cell number and open a new google voice account and have a new number again. Everything gets forwarded to your cell number and its very simple to use.
