Friend lives at an address that was previously suspended.

Pleas help me out with this:

1) My girlsfriends mother lives on A Ave. This address was linked to my girlsfriends account in the past, which is now toast.

Her mothers name is Melanie (First) Melanie (Last). My girlsfriends name is Laura Smith. They have different names, thats my point here.

On her mothers Driver Lisence the adress is A Ave, however on her utility bill it will say B Ave. Her registered EB/PP account would also be B Ave.

My point is here, when I'll be faxing the documents to EB, on her drivers lisence it will be a suspended address. While she still leaves there, that's not the address I will be using for EB/PP.

2) If for example a past account of mine that had "A Ave Apt. 4" was suspended in the past, would that mean that "A Ave Apt. 7" is also compromised? When living in an apartment building, is the whole building banned or just the apartment number?

Just the apartment number. It also depends on how long ago your account was suspended. eBay and Paypal tends to not link info that were suspended long ago.

Thanks, my 2nd question is answered.

Now this is related to the 1st question:

Let's say 5000 W Street Ave was banned, and I register her new account with 5000 W Street Apt. 3C. ( previous suspended address had no apartment number, and now a different account with the same address but with an apartment number )

Should I be fine?

You should be fine

Alrighty, thanks.

It's very important for me, as this will be a real account with SSN and all that, and I don't want to mess it up :)

Wait and see what some of the other stealthers say - I am blonde after all

its not addresses that are suspended it is people, so different name with same address is ok, as long as its been a few months, preferably years since suspension, however watch that persons (the suspended one) details are not up to date for 2011 online or on public electoral registers, or they will know that they never moved.

about the apart number, it needs to be at the front of address not back.....as its the door number/house name and zip that gets picked up by bots.

I'm not quiet sure what you mean with the 2nd paragraph.

In the U.S it usually looks like this ( 9999 W Street Ave Apt 99 ), or you can put the "Apt. #" in the column beneath the address.

then stop RIGHT NOW, please.

Since you are supplying an SSN to an account, then make sure you use an address NOT associated with suspended accounts.

Why can you not consider having a PO Box? Gove yourself a layer of protection.

You know what might happen? If that account gets checked at close range, they might pick up your address variation. If you use an safer address, then you decrease the chances.

Please consider that option:D

Well the thing that worried me initially is that on her drivers lisence the address, it was linked to a suspended account. Now I won't be using that address when registering with EB/PP. But I was afraid it would be picked up when faxing documents initially or later on when increasing limits.

As for the apartment numbers, I'm just trying to see if it's relevant. .

I'm trying to gather as much info as possible before starting the accounts :)
