Sabotaj?

There's this buyer, bought my item, gave me a negative FB straight (without requesting for refund etc etc). And now is bidding on my other items.

the negative feedback was due to the reason being, she says the item is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Now i have found the long lost receipt.

What can/should i do to win this case?

thanks in advance guys

For a start block them from bidding on your items.

Personally, I would contact the buyer and tell them you can prove it is not a f@ke. Ask them on that basis, will they revise the feedback that has been left. Tell them (in a nice way) that you can't afford any more negs on your account and will therefore you will have to remove their bids and block them from buying from you again (if they don't oblige).

If the above fails - leave a reply on the neg stating that it is legit and you have the receipt to prove it. Most normal buyers will not give it too much notice so long as you've got plenty +ves. It will be put down to an idiotic buyer.

I wouldn't involve Ebay - they generally don't care.

1. cancel all bids placed by that guy, and then add him to your blocked bidder list
2. Reply to the feedback saying he is a fradulent buyer
3. Contact ebay support.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/...me-buying.html

As a buyer, you're not allowed to bid on or buy an item in order to harm a listing or to leave negative or neutral Feedback or low detailed seller ratings for sellers.
Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don't, your account may be subject to a range of actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
What are the guidelines?

Not allowed
You can't buy with the intent to disrupt a listing.
Here are some examples:
• You can't place a bid that greatly exceeds the value of the item in order to prevent a sale.

• You can't bid on multiple items listed by a seller unless you intend to buy all of the items.

• You can't try to buy or bid on an item if you're on a seller's blocked bidder or buyer list.

• You can't use another account to buy or bid on an item if you're on a seller's blocked bidder or buyer list.

As a seller, you can report a buyer *who bids on a listing without meeting the listing terms

Preventing unwelcome buying

As a seller, there are several things you can do to prevent unwelcome buying including:
• Specify buyer requirements to block buyers who don't meet certain criteria.

• Require immediate payment on listings with Buy It Now.

• Block specific bidders and buyers.

• Cancel bids.

• Report a buyer to eBay.

My note: If the buyer happens to be from Alaska or Hawaii, you can block all buyers from those States just in case he has sockpuppet people coming after you. Could be a competitor
