Purchased account linked to other account

I bought an account from a seller on this forum 2 months ago. Yesterday the account was limited due to linking VCC info to some other random account I have never heard or known of.

Do i deserve an account exchange from my supplier?

It is not our place to say whether you should or shouldn't get an exchange on your account. As stated, the first step is to contact the seller :)
