When opening a new user window......
 
It is basically a new computer, correct? No cookies to clear, and I change my browser to Firefox, correct?

Wow, thanks s much mate! Especially for the additional info. Forgive my seemingly ignorant follow up question.....the Windows Enterprise is the browser, not Firefox? I'm not too hot with all the techy stuff, so sorry.

You can use Dial A fix to clean up Windows XP. Also do not use Norton and Mcafee ,they like to think your OS files are viruses and start quarantining them which in the end will lead to hard drive corruption.
Also you can run a Checkdisk /R to safely get rid of corrupted hard drive sectors.
