No more phone verification on paypal
 

hello everybody.
I've opened 2 paypal account in the last 2 weeks,i followed everything in the book ,(new user account,IP,email,phone number,address,FRESH bank account,prepaid cc...) and i have to say im searching the form a lot and reading older posts ,but i cant find anything up to date.
every thing is ok ,how ever the £1900 receiving limits is still there and now they asking me to upload or fax document for them.
i even add my prepaid cc(on my stealth name and address) and got the 4 digit num and put it in paypal ,but still is not working.and THERE IS NO OPTION FOR PHONE VERIFICATION any where.they checked my details 2 time and after i had the message that i need to upload documents.
has any body else had the same problem ??any idea how can i sort this out??or any suggestion?? its just not worth having an account with £1900 receiving limit.

OP, I recently found this out as well having not made a stealth account in over a year.

There are only two established ways to get round this:

1. The details you use to make the account are on the ER and therefore documents won't be asked for to lift the £1900 but remember PP can still ask for documents at any point if your account gets flagged for any reason.

2. Send in documents that match the details you've made the account with.

There are members that claim to have had success removing the limit without sending in documents but this may have been a glitch in Paypal's systems and may not work for everyone. I am in the process of setting up some new Paypal accounts and will report back if the method still works.

Given what you've already done - option 2 above would be best.

thanks for your suggestion Ebayorbust,im thinking about option 2 for long time now,but have you ever done this yourself or do you know somebody have done this and they got there account lifted???? to be honest im a little scared to do this.

and if you know somebody who can help me with how to make this document as im not good in photo shop myself.
