Opening a new account tomorrow, quick help.
 

About eight months ago my selling account got suspended indefinitely for being stupid. Tomorrow I am switching internet server providers, which will give me a new IP address. I’m going to open a new eBay and PayPal account once my IP gets changed. Does eBay or PayPal leave cookies/flash cookies in your system? And if they do, how can I delete them once and for all? I don’t want them to link me back to my old account at all. Would making a new user account on my computer help?

New IP is only one little part of being stealth.

Yes they do leave cookies and you can use Ccleaner to delete these.

However using a new windows user account is probably the best option for keeping your cookies seperate so Id reccommend that.

Also make sure all you details are NEW so you dont get linked back to your suspended account that way.

Yeah, I made a new windows user account, IP address, deleted all my cookies/flash cookies just incase. And my eBay and PayPal accounts have new info. I guess i'm ready to go.

Other things to consider too could be the type of product your selling?

Are you still selling the same thing?

have you got new descriptions and photos?

have you got an address that returns can be sent to such as a PO box?
