Creating accounts in south america?
 

So im in south america and Im using wifi from a hotel here its pretty fast, but I can't control there ips. How do I go about creating accounts by ip changing. I have read something about vpns, etc I just never checked into that since at home in the us I have my own dsl and cable modem to change ips... Help?

Quit diddling around. There are much more profitable things to do in South America than get getting raped by the 'Bay.

Why don't you use a dongle or your cellphone out there to tether for dynamic IP?

There is no dongle here or cell phone smart phone...

You sure? SA has a huge market for cell phones and is one of the fastest growing as well. Where are you located exactly?

Im talking about my budget. All i got is a pc and wifi connection. Does vpns work? Of course maybe I could get a smartphone, but no money for it right now where im at from me.

i am from south america and dinamics ip is not problem they just sms you ,save the sim card
