Funds held

i have recently had 3 ebays and 3 paypals suspended and limited respectively, all 3 paypal accounts have over £200 in each and are being held for 180 days im not bothered about the ebay accounts as iv now got ebay stealth and just about slowly selling again with new paypal accounts but i need the funds to get released any ideas !!!also im in u.k.
